DIGESTIVE ISSUES please help?

I’ve been having this feeling come and go of something stuck in my throat but my most compliant is for the past week I’ve been having this discomfort on my left side under my rib and it’s more annoying than painful to the point I have a hard time driving 

And now today the discomfort /pain? Is under my right side under rib ??? Anyone else please ??? What can this be ? I’m worried .

pain under ribs is usually muscle strain

called costochondritis

you must be pulling drawers sitting in your computer chair

Could be several things, hiatal hernia, gall bladder, etc. you need to be seen to get a diagnosis

Gas, bloating and constipation.  

Seriously the #2 reason why people go to the ER.

Start eating only whole foods and drinking plenty of water.   This will prevent future constipation and IBS.

For this troublemaker,  try using Mirilax and plenty of water.
