I feel over whelmed by small things is that normal?

I have been a crier every since I was young but as I get older it didn't get better. I get anxious and cry over a small inconveniences, I get anxious over just leaving my house. I get two assignments and I feel like the world is caving in. Simple things seem like they are a never ending up hill hike. Even simple hygiene or cleaning. Is this normal am I just going through something also please share tips that help.

No, this isn't normal. You're very anxious. This behavior will not go away by itself, and you won't outgrow it. You might find a way on your own to cope with individual problems, and I hope you do, but this anxiety is going to make your whole life difficult. Therapy won't cure it either, but it will show you better ways to cope.
