what could this be?

this showed up on my neck a few weeks ago. it’s occasionally itchy but i don’t know what it is. i don’t think it’s ringworm

Honestly,  the only way to know for certain is to see a dermatologist. It does look like an eczema patch as stated below BUT it could literally be a million other things. Good luck
