What laptop model is best not to buy?

    model doesn't matter.

    at all.

    look at the CPU. avoid the following:

    Celeron, Atom, Turion, Sempron

    also, remember that Chromebook is for viewing websites, NOT gaming or installing programs or playing DVDs or saving files.

    Shouldn't purchase Toshiba laptops anymore.

    They're not being manufactured.
