Can I take my Christmas train and have it on the track on the table to serve food ?

Kind of like a sushi train but with mashed potatoes, green beans, turkey, ham, etc

Yes you can but you must social distance and only see members of your own household.

Yes. Model train buffs have fun doing that (but with lighter foods, like olives, relish, vegetable sticks, etc).
