Can I see the evidence that allele frequencies change over time?

    Yes. The famous pepper moth used to be darker in the early years of the industrial age, but since governments started to reduce air pollution, the percentage of dark moths have been reduced. The alleles that code for dark coloration have changed in frequency because of natural selection.
