Is it weird for a 28 year old man to still be playing on a PlayStation Portable?

No. It’s a decent handheld console, just very outdated.

But it is capable of playing MP3, video files and pictures.

As well as playing certain available PS1 games from the PS Store.

I think it's weird for anyone over 20 to be playing video games.
