Except for London what other places in the UK do people outside the UK know are wealthy???

I may have a few guesses but I'm probably wrong. I've seen many British people shït on lots of cities and regions of Britain so i feel like i might be wrong if i say Liverpool or Manchester is wealthy, idk. 

I feel like the region formerly known as Northumbria has a shït ton of industry and it's filled with poor bastards who have to work there - because a Londoner made a joke like that about that region.

But i don't actually know how wealthy each major city is. I wanna say Bristol and Dover are wealthy but idk.
