Thanksgiving?

I've told my girlfriend to lose the pudgy stomach and saggy upper arms.. she's gotten so fat since her accident I have no idea what to do. I mean, I have to practically feed her with a slingshot for my own safety these days. It's gotten so bad, I can hardly stand to even look at her anymore. She says she' s sorry and cries all the time that it isn't her fault. Sometimes, I have to slap the food out of her fat fingers.. it's so sad. I've bought her countless pairs of those designer running shoes although nothing seems to help. What else could someone possibly do?
