Why doesn't McDonalds food decay for decades? What's in it?

Is it wired with nanoparticles that don't decay?

Actually it does decay, the people who did those experiments put the food in airtight containers and almost anything won't rot quickly if you do that. Leave a mcd burger out with no protection and it will rot.

It does decay. Buy some and leave it out and watch it rot.

That is an OLD urban myth that has no basis in fact.
