What are these on my fingers?

They’ve never bothered me and they’ve been on my fingers for years. There’s small ones on my other fingers that are almost unnoticeable except for this group on my thumb.

Occasionally they’re less red and almost blend in with my skin. I have no other conditions that caused this that I know of.

It looks like a Contact Dermatitis type rash.  This is caused by your skin coming into direct contact with an allergen.  You can try using an allergy medication, such as Benadryl.  Creams and lotions for itchy or irritated skin can also help.  More so than anything, consider changing any soaps and other skin products you may use to ones specifically for sensitive or irritated skin.  Make sure you wash your hands completely after using any soaps or other cleaning products, and wear gloves when coming into contact with any chemicals you may use.  If it is itchy or dry feeling, moisturizers can help as well.
