Where can I disable it from Bios?

Got a new Dell laptop. Every time I turn it on, I see message "This warning............."

More importantly, what's plugged into your laptop that's causing the message?  If it's a battery charger, maybe you're using the wrong one for your laptop.

At the BIOS screen, scroll down and select ‘POST behavior’.

choose’ Adaptor warnings’.

Using the arrow keys select ‘off’ in Adaptor warnings.
