What clothes are more mature for a guy close to his 30s?

I'm a white guy and I honestly dress sloppy. I will be wearing black skate shoes with baggy cargo shorts and skull shirts with bracelets and my hat backwards. 

Should I wear Under Armour clothes like most guys do? Women always look at my clothes weird. I shop at hot topic and goodwill.

You should dress like an ADULT, not a goof.  Go to a middle-of-the-road, middle-class, middle-priced store like Kohl's and find appropriate apparel that ADULTS wear - not teenagers nor ghetto residents.  You will do a better job attracting mature, adult women.
