If liberal say they're not racist why is Chicago so racially segregated?

The most racist cities are left wing.

Chicago, LA, Detroit, NYC, Baltimore.

All left and all segregated hoods.

Chicago has always been segregated, starting with Yankee hate and fear of the Irish. The Poles and Germans hated each other - Chicago was a microcosm of European prejudices and fears. It's had at least 3 major riots. Being liberal is about policies, not wisdom.

There are instances of racism all over the Democratic Party. Not only racism, but tolerance for it as long as they vote for Democrats. If organized crime exists in Chicago, that might be why they keep voting Democrat. They want their "business" to continue.

Liberals are famous for this one term. It's called white flight, as soon as a minority moves in the neighborhood they move out. Expect a lot of liberals here to deflect or deny.
