My favorites from this list in Sean Bennett or Sean Connor. I think they have the best flow.

Sean is a great, traditional name.  I dislike the thought of using a trendy, oddball name as a middle name.  That lets Johannes and Ryder out.  Daxton and Eros are simply awful.  Roman is okay but I don't like how both Sean and Roman end with an "n".  Same with Ethan.  Sean Connor is great.  Sean Vincent is okay.  Bennett is a last name but it works well with Sean.

I like Sean Connor the best with Sean Bennett second.

My pick would be Sean Vincent, it's solid, masculine and classic without being too popular. Sean Bennett and Sean Roman are also nice.

Sean Johannes: Johannes looks girly like Johanna . 

Sean Daxton: I love this! Daxton is uncommon so I love it

Sean Ryder: awesome name. Ryder is definitely something I would use 

Sean Ethan : both names ending in AN don’t quite flow good but I love the name Ethan. I would use it as a first name

Sean Conner: sounds ok. So close to Sean Connery though

Sean Eros : don’t like it at all. 

Sean Bennett: Love the name Bennett . This is my favorite 

Sean Roman: love Roman but not with Sean 

Sean Vincent : nice flow but don’t care for Vincent but sounds very nice

Without knowing the last name, I'd say that Sean Bennett and Sean Vincent are your best combinations.
