Im so confused anyone got an explanation?

So I noticed this person on instagram has me blocked or atleast I thought. I can still search their username up on instagram and it takes me to their profile, but it doesn’t show me any of their posts (their account is public) but when I login to my other account, it shows their posts. Im confused am I blocked or what or is this a new feature? Or is this just a glitch?
