Do you think there's a lot of sex going on with one's busy schedule?

I know some people personally that say some times they are just to busy. Going to medical school could be draining working 12 hour shift. Not sure if anyone experienced this but sleeping when not working. I would think sex should be happening since they are apart a lot because of a busy work schedule.
