Feeling sick after snorting morphine?

I've Snorted a very small microdose of 10 mg ms continus napp crushed

No nausa, only a terrible tachycardia that didn't want to stop

I use often oral dhc without problem, why happen this? If i assume it oral can i have the same problem?
