Google Translate claims it's
hoʻowahāwahā
Of course, "apartheid" is a Dutch/Afrikaans word for southafrica's equivalent of USamerican "segregation", which GT claims equals hoʻokaʻawale
However, most languages don't have their own word for it, and use "apartheid" (check forvo.com for the proper pronunciation) as a loanword

Without looking it up, I would assume apartheid isn't an English word anyway, so we've borrowed it from another language. As such I would think Hawaiians also wouldn't have a word for it, and also borrow apartheid. The only country I've ever heard this term used for was South Africa. As such I would suspect it might be of Dutch origin perhaps.
