No way to tell by that photo. Depending on the size, it could be a Cattledog mix, a Chihuahua mix, a Border Collie mix, or who knows.

Very bad picture & you can't tell anything from it. Not even going to guess, pic is too blurry & small.

Really too small & incomplete a picture to be sure. The BLUE eye and masking 'suggests' a Siberian husky or mix, thereof.
