In Star Wars, how did people react to the shocking revelation when he said "I am your grandfather" in Rise of Skywalker?

I sighed and shook my head. What an absolutely terrible movie, I didn't think you could do worse than the prequels, but they did.

I for one was not surprised as this had been telegraphed in the "The Last Jedi".  Look at Rey's powers and abilities "Rise of Skywalker" as one wonders why she needs any Jedi training at all.
