Where can I find a job with an american mechanical enginnering degree?

I'm Russian and finished mechanical enginnering in USA. Russia has no jobs at all except for doctors so basically almost all degrees are useless here. I'm just wondering, is there any part of the world that'll take a mechanical engineer with an american degree to work?

I did a quick check and there are about 100 jobs locally

I would think someone with an engineering degree and the ability to speak Russian and English would be employable in the US.
