Does Somalia have UN Military Doctors working there?

There’s no such thing as UN military doctors. There are probably members of Doctors without Borders there however.
UN peacekeeping forces are made up of member nations’ militaries who are sent to a region on a temporary basis.

The UN does not have a Military or Doctors. It is volunteers from a country or multiple countries working in specific areas for a time period.
If this is someone online claiming to be in the UN and in Somalia or any other location it is a SCAM. It is someone in Nigeria, Ghana or some other country using stolen photos trying to get money out of you and nothing more. Do a reverse photo search and you will usually find the true name of the person. If someone was there they would NOT be online looking for romance, they would be receiving pay as usual in their bank accounts that they do have access to and they NEVER need someone to fill out paperwork or send money to request to have them replaced. Stop all communications and don’t fall for it again.

As you have already been told, the UN doesn't have a military. UN peacekeepers are supplied by member nations, mostly places like Pakistan. The UN employes doctors through other parts of the UN, like UNICEF.
If someone online is claiming that they are a UN military doctor in Somalia, it is a scam.

UN Volunteer Medical Doctors and Officers, part of the Medical Emergency Team (MERT), are essential to the operations of the UN Department for Safety and Security (UNDSS) in Somalia. ... Ten international UN Volunteers currently serve in medical capacities for the Mission.
