People can ignore this problem but that will not save them from cancer and infertility...and these are only two effects.

By using facts moron.   Funny how you idiots always ignore the fact that the incidence of brain cancer hasn't risen as a result of cell phone usage isn't it?

Sticking a cellphone in your ear exposes you to roughly a tenth of the amount of microwave energy of sitting in bright sunlight.  Too much of either could cause cancer.  On the other hand, it might not.  If you use a cellphone for long periods every day, use the headphones that came with it.  Climbing up the transmitter pole and touching the transponder will give you radio frequency burns that could become malignant.
