but I regularly get ones that are a decade old.

Not often but it happens. Mostly I see questions that are 3 years old and I like to look and see who answered to see if any of those people are still around.

I am not sure but now this is what I am seeing --> 3 years >> 10 years >> 7 years.

Yes sometimes. The one I'm seeing right now is more up to date, it's only 3.
