Things to help with alopecia?

I'm a 24 year old woman and I've tried almost everything to help my terrible alopecia. I've gone to many doctors, take many supplements every day (Zinc, D3, B-complex, Biotin, E, mangesium, fish oil, chaste berry, etc. I'm even on blood sugar stabilizers just in case it's caused by that), I try to eat as little sugar and carbs as possible, changing my hair up, never putting it up, etc. Nothing has helped. I'm even on antidepressants just in case it's anxiety but that hasn't helped either. I'm seriously considering wearing wigs but the nice ones cost too much money. I'm at the end of my rope here.

    Many doctors are idiots...Just saying.

One cause can be heavy metal poisoning - by silver tooth fillings for example. Many chemicals can have the same effect  (household chemicals hair colouring or at work/hairdresser)
