Why am I so dumb and stupid?

It's so difficult for me to concentrate. I feel like my brain is everywhere. When I'm talking I have to concentrate really hard or I will forget what I just said. It's really hard for me to concentrate on a conversation, and on what the other person is saying, that's why I'm not good at making friends.. I also always study like ten times more than others cause I'm so thick.
