No it isnt. A mean bark shows dominance. If it deterrs someone by making you look weird, then they failed the test. Dont put a "leash" on you're weirdness. Be the beautiful, free-ranged cockerspaniel you were meant to be! Or be whatever it is that gets your tail waggin'!
