Set of clubs and a bag to put them in.  You'll need golf balls, a glove (you could use a baseball batting glove in a pinch), some tees, a ballmarker (a dime coin works fine), and a divot repair tool (there are videos online on how to fix a divot).  Golf shoes are good to have but regular sneakers can work if that's what you have.  If you play during the summer months sunscreen and bug spray are recommended.
