How do you play three player or more couch co-op games on Xbox one?

It seems like it could be done, but where is more than one or two controller slots on the Xbox one?

The controllers are wireless, you don't need "slots" on the console to plug them in. If the game supports multiple local players, you just need to make sure that each player has a controller that's synced to the console.

Nope, not  but a Multi-Player ON-LINE game, each with his/her own machine.

Programmers are not writing games for more than two on a single machine.
