why is the stock market rallying with election uncertainty , no stimulus until at least Feb. and Covid19 shutdowns happening?
seems like the stock market LOVES the idea of Covid19 shutdowns, but why?

Because it has been CLIMBING A WALL OF WORRY. Go look that up in Investopedia and read about it. So what next?. Next, we go down. Why? Because Tesla will become part of the S&P500 on December 18. That's insane. Why?
Because current Tesla numbers tell us it will take their investors ten years to see a dime profit. And ten years only works if they do NOT pay any bills including the salaries of 39,000 employees. As part of the S&P500, many ETFs, mutual funds and retirement plans will BE FORCED to buy Tesla.

The stock market is leading indicator of the the real economy.
What this means is the market reflects what investors think will happen in about a years time. So by next October/ Novembe rthe economy should be in full swing with plenty of jobs being created.
In the meantime there will a lot of pain for affected industries and workers.

The stock market has suffered from COVID and now that three companies have a vaccine due out in weeks, or a month or two, hope is on the horizon.

This virus thing was just a speed bump for corporations and the rich. There is no election uncertainty. Everyone knows whats going on.

The market is reacting to promising news regarding the vaccine approval and roll out, along with an adult being elected to the White House, leading to more stability.

2 possibilities:
It's rallying under Trump's last days pumping up for a selloff and crash.
Or "The Powers That Be" know the election results will be recalled and ruled in Trump's favor in those several states in question.

Tons of Fed Money being printed. Something has got to go up. If there's no inflation, it's going into an empty bubble.
