Is it ok to pay my credit card early in the middle of statement period ? Will i still get the points?

 Doing this cause I I have 6 cents left in my limit.

You still get the points.

But getting that close to your limit hurts your credit score.

Does not change the affect on your score, so long as payment is made on time.  Points are earned as soon as you make the purchase.
