Corporations are unaffected by rioting since it is a local problem that has little to do with their business.

Protests and the ones that get out of control are a fact of life in the US. The US isn't some sort of dictatorship where protests can potentially destabilize the government.

The rioting, while large to its isolated places, meant nothing to large corporations that have their stock traded on the market. No business loss for them, so no money earned changed because of the riots.
