Since Coca Cola is used to clean off rust, does that mean if I drink enough that it will dissolve the inside of me and I will get skinny? :D?

If you put your stomach contents on a rusty piece of metal it will clean off rust much faster than Coca Cola. Your stomach acid is mostly the strong acid HCl with a pH of around 1. Coca Cola has phosphoric acid (and a couple other acid components) with a pH of around 2.5. This means you stomach acid is 20 times more powerful of an acid than Coca Cola and guess what? you are still alive

You did not stop to consider that the Rust was caused by Hydrogen DiOxide (WATER)
