is my nose piercing infected?

i got my nose pierced awhile ago.. maybe like 3-4 weeks ago. there’s a bump right above the hole that is pierced, and it looks like there’s a red bump coming out of the bump. i’ve been cleaning it with piercing cleaning spray (h2o) and it doesn’t hurt or anything. it’s just there. if this is an infection how do i treat it?

That sounds more like pyoderma granuloma than may infection.  It’s excessive scar like tissue reacting to aggravation and repeated cleaning and messing encourages it. We treat that by cautery. See a derm.
