I think Mila Rogers flows the best. 

If you're worried about popularity, Sienna is the least popular of the 3. I believe Scarlett and Mila are both in the top 20 baby names last year. 

I like the suggestion of Stella as well. It's also very popular so it just depends on what your looking for.

'Scarlett' Ugh!!! What woman wants to be thought of as a 'Scarlet Woman'. 

'Sienna' This is an Italian town. 

'Mila'. Yugoslavian in origin. 

Personally I'd go for 'Stella' ; 'Of the stars'.
