Cranberry-something (orange or lemon?) vinaigrette salad dressing from jellied cranberry sauce?  Will that work?

Most of the Thanksgiving leftovers have been eaten (sandwiches) or repurposed (soup), but the cranberry sauce ... 

What can I do with that?  We're kinda over desserts right now.  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    You could keep it in a jar to have with 'cold cuts',  Meat loaf, chicken pie,  peanut butter sandwiches [in place of jelly].  Add it in with your apple pie for an alternative 'fruit pie'.

    Its nice like a chutney with a tasty cheese [maybe on a cracker?].

    I had more cranberry sauce with my Turkey Pot Pie yesterday. Tasty!

    Just heat it and mix it with plain club soda. Instant healthy drink.
