Can you travel around different countries as a radio DJ? ?

I've never traveled or worked but I do think of be good as a radio dj and I was wondering radio djs and talkshow hosts get to travel much? I'm guessing the answer is no since you usually need to be in a studio.

You would not travel as a part of the job, but you could vacation in other countries if you can afford it.
