Is it true Queen Elizabeth II owns all the dolphins in the world ?

    Not in the world, just around England and Wales. It's an old thing though, I doubt she would ever claim them. If any dolphins or whales are caught within three miles of England or Wales, they belong to the Queen technically.

    Not true. The Queen owns all the sturgeons, whales, and dolphins in the coastal waters around the UK, which dates back to a statute from 1324 during the reign of King Edward II. In Scotland ownership is limited to whales over 25ft in length.
