Well it will alter your DNA and it will inject aborted embryonic cells into your body. There have been no long term studies so we dont know

No. Just because you have the vaccine, doesn't mean you can't spread it. A vaccine is used to prevent you from getting sick from a virus or bacteria. You can still spread it to people that don't have the vaccine. That's why measles still happens, because people are anti-vax
