My dog doesn’t go on a lot of walks. Maybe 3-4x/week. 45min each. But she does go to the dog beach, dog day care and/or dog parks everyday to compensate.

In general, a dog should be taken for at least one good walk a day.

How long however, depends on lots of things like their age, if they've got any health problems like arthritis, and the breed (since some dogs are more active than others e.g. border collies, dalmatians and Rhodesian ridgebacks are very active in comparison to less active dogs like Pugs, Chihuahuas and English Bulldogs).

    Hope this helps.

Too open of a question. it depends on the breed, or mix of breeds and the breed's energy level. For example a yorkie would not require any real exercise while a border collie would require a good amount of exercise.

Daily. Length and how many walks a day depends on the breed. Walks for an adult dog are usually 40-60min. Smaller dogs may not have the stamina to go for an hour, but larger dogs may need to go for more.

    Depends on the dog

Daily, however depends on breed/size/age how long your daily walk is and also if it needs more than one walk a day

It depends on the breed of the dog.  Some dogs only need a few minutes 2 or 3 times a day & other dogs need a good 3 or more miles 2 to 3 times a day.  Some dogs just need a walk & others need to run & run.

You didn't tell us what breed your dog is.

Depends on a lot of factors: age, breed, overall size, health, etc. My pup is just over one and gets two half-hour walks per day, along with some tugs and ball fetch outside 10-15 minutes here and there through the day. He's very playful and has a lot of energy, so these sporadic bouts of exercise and walks helps curb it and keep it controlled. Some dogs benefit with just one walk per day, some need 3-4 along with plenty of play. It really depends on YOUR dog, but if you notice he/she has boundless energy, is destructive, whines, is just an overall bundle of anxiety, they could be telling you they need MORE outside time, in any form.

Every damned day at the very least more if possible. Not only is it good for their overall fitness. It drains off a lot of unwanted energy but it is good for their mental well-being as well. Dogs want to be going on the hunt with you everyday.
