No. Your heart is a muscle and doesn't need carbohydrates, so no grain is necessary "healthy for the heart." No food in and of itself is particularly healthy or unhealthy. It is the quantity and combination of the foods and the nutrients you get that matters.

not particularly but it's not bad for it either.
brown rice is better as it has nearly twice the vitamins and fiber.
people who eat rice are usually healthier because they eat stuff like fish with it.
