Hiring a machinist?
So some dummy (who no longer works here) decided it would be a good idea to poach a nut from one of the hydraulic jacks that we use, from the wheel. In the process he lost the spacer.
I grabbed this spacer from the remaining wheel and need to find another.
It's steel and it's dimensions are:
Inner diameter: 12mm
Outer diameter: 22mm
Length: 16mm
I've been searching and searching but cant quite find anything that matches online.
If you're a machinist, how much would you charge to get this done? So I know what to expect
By "poach" I mean he removed it from the jack and used it for another job.

Or McMaster-Carr. You could post here: https://www.cnczone.com/
I'm a member of a Facebook group called "Home machinists". LOTS of guys there would do what you ask. You have to apply to join but they aren't picky.

poach a nut ?? how do you do that.
1. contact the manufacturer of the jack.
2. take the one you have to a machine shop and ask for a duplicate.
