Are there any states in the US where husbands can consent for abortion?

If there is, that's just injustice towards women.

Update:

I heard there is a bill in oklahoma that aims to prevent women from getting abortions without the consent of their husband. That is more offensive than an outright ban because that would make women seem 'subordinate' to men.

Oklahoma tried this in 2017 with HB 1441 but it was struck down as being unconstitutional.

Stupid bill, when women are risking their lives every time they get pregnant. Having a abortion, may save the woman's life

People keep saying that vasectomies are reversible - but you can't count on that.

And the longer you've had them (generally), the less likely a reversal is to succeed.

If a man wants to have children later in life, he should *NOT* have a vasectomy.  Ideally, he should wear a condom regardless of what she is using for birth control, until he wants to have children.

Again, people who say that vasectomies are reversible need to look at the statistics.  Assuming someone who has the option of having children after having done so is as bogus as assuming that the rhythm always works.

    Actually, more so.

Yes, I am pro-choice but this line of argument (that people who are pro-life should all have vasectomies) is totally illogical.

And yes, if you are pro-choice, you should also support legalized paternal surrender.

    *THAT* is a fair comparison.

Husbands? So you're saying unmarried women have an advantage. Easy solution: married women can divorce their husbands to get their abortions.

Just imagine if the man wants to have a child and take care of the child but the women still has an abortion. Would you say the women is saying that the child is not his and hers if she does have an abortion?

abortions are injustice to women anyway. They are just a way for men to control women in the first place. No mother wants to kill her own baby.

Bill, you feeling persecuted? Maybe you can save all your sperm for just that right incubator.

Taking away a woman's autonomy is an injustice. There's no other way to slice that. You can try but your efforts are just saying she's not a human, she's livestock.

Men can control who they get pregnant. It's called a vasectomy. They are reversible. Do your part, boys.

Do some of you hate being told what to do with your testicles and think it unfair or something?

I'll wait for that to sink in and add up a bit. I'll wait.
