funny reasons why bullying is ok sometimes?

I'm writing a sarcastic/satiric speech on why bullying is ok so please let me know any funny reasons why or funny ways to "Bully"

edit: obviously bulling is never ok. satiric speeches are meant to take a big issue, speak as if you are supporting it, but while actually commenting on the opposite (eg my speech is supposed to act like i support bullying, while actually demonstrating all the negative effects of it) that is literally the definition of satire

Sorry ~ there are absolutely NO instances where bullying would be ok or funny. Pick something else to satirize; not this. Too many lives have been lost to make a joke out of bullying.
