My printer is printing blank sheets and my ink level is full. What’s the problem?

Please check the catridge first

The ink may have hardened in the cartridge if you haven't printed anything in a while. Put the "head" of the cartridge in a small bowl with some warm water in it for a few seconds. Rub the head of the cartridge on a paper towel. You should see streaks of ink on it, meaning the warm water softened up the ink.

Maybe you forgot to remove that plastic bit that you're supposed to remove when you install a new cartridge.

possible a blocked printer head, did you remember to remove the tape from the bottom of the cartridge?
Try a cleaning cycle according to the manual. Are there any error messages or warning lights? Have you tried printing from another device or doing a self test?
