Upper Endoscopy Please help?

I recently did a upper endoscopy and these were the observations. I have recently been getting stomaches and continuous nausea. They tested for H pylori and that was negative.

Stomach- a sliding small hiatal hernia. Diffuse erythema and congestion of the mucousa was noted in the whole stomach. These findings are compatible with gastropathy.

Duodenum- segmental erosions of the mucosa was noted in the first part of the duodenum.

Are these serious findings and would these be causing some of my symptoms?

We agree with the medical personnel reporting your upper endoscopy to you. Part of their services include covering their assessment with you. If they haven't given you a report on their findings, go back to them for completion.
