Do I have oral herpes?

Just 4 days ago I had this tiny painful white bump on my upper lip and then after a few days, another area on my upper lip peeled a bit and I took it off so it got red and generally hurts. My lower lip now has a white patch bump thing. The white patch thing doesn't really hurt but if I stretch my lips it might bleed a bit. Do I have oral herpes?
