Can i do workout on emty stomach in the morning ?

yes you can. I hit the gym at 5AM and all I ingest is my preworkout drink mixed with a carb drink. I use BIG NOISE [no caffeine] with SUPER CARB. Big Noise is a nitric oxide expander . The carb drink is self explanatory. After I train I eat a huge post workout recovery meal of egg whites and oatmeal.

I wouldn't recommend it and for two reasons
1- Your blood sugar is low from not eating and when you over-exert yourself, you run the very serious risk of collapsing and hitting your head!
2- It makes no sense to go a gym to burn 300-600 calories, only to go home home and consume 300-600, you'd be negating the workout in the first place.
