Are most studies on saturated fat taking into account the lifestyles of people in the studies?
One hears conflicting information in regards to red meat. One study will say that it leads to heart disease and another says it actually help against it. I understand health is influenced by factors other than whether one is intaking fat. I would figure that processed meats are going to be less healthy for the humans body than simply frying up a lamb chop because of the chemicals being added to the food we are consuming. If one looks at the lifestyle of many of those who eat processed meats many of them also smoke and drink heavily. Most people who are not conscious of their health are more likely to eat processed foods.
